Our lunch theme is " The Comforts of Home" with bread,soup, apple cider & chocolate.

I ask that members bring a soup bowl or cup. Paper bowls will be provided.

It’s that time of year again for our beloved Bake Sale, where we come together to support Scholarships!

Where: TOM’s Grocery Store

When: Tuesday, November 3, kicking off at 9 a.m.

Feel free to drop off your baked goods on the 3rd, or if you’re unable to make it, just drop them off at the Library conference room on the 2nd, and our volunteers will be happy to pick them up.

Membership dues are due to our Treasurer, Susan Hughes, in September.

This year, we have increased the dues to $25. This is the first increase in over a decade. The increase is necessary to meet our budget for community support initiatives, including assistance to Father Fred, the Fire Department, the Library, the Dolly Parton reading program for Interlochen, the Food Pantry in Interlochen, Scholarships for college and NMC classes.

If you have any concerns regarding the dues, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

We’re looking for a couple of women who’d like to explore our club’s history and share a piece of it at our monthly meetings.

It would be fascinating to hear about what they wore, the projects they tackled, and what life was like back then. We’re also curious about the dues back then. It would be a fun project! We have the books, and they’re dated. Facts are easy to find, and you only have to do it four times a year. Let Susan Hughes know if you’re interested.
